Division 16 is so fortunate to have an active state liaison program. Currently, 39 states are represented by state liaisons (see box at right).
We still need liaisons for Delaware, Idaho, Maine, Maryland, Mississippi, New Hampshire, Oregon, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Wyoming, and the District of Columbia.
State liaisons simply promote Division 16 by sharing with professional friends and colleagues the many benefits of membership and encouraging them to join. Each liaison receives a packet of membership materials and is asked to help spread the word at the local level and at regional or state professional meetings and conferences. State liaisons also are encouraged to communicate with members of the Division 16 Steering Committee about regional professional concerns and issues.
