Abstract

Implementing new programs within a school system is a challenge often faced by educators, but one that can be successfully addressed through discussions among faculty both within and outside one's school system. It is never easy to make a change in procedures, but, with the help of our colleagues, it can sometimes go more smoothly. The purpose of this article is to provide the reader with insight into one school system's journey through the Response to Intervention (RTI) initiative.
