Hello Colleagues and Friends,
I hope you are all well and that during the past few months you have been able to find some time for yourselves and family. Now that we are in the midst of a new school year, we are back to scheduling, meetings, paperwork, and thinking of continuing education, how dark it is outside, and when the snow is coming (remember, I‘m in Alaska!). It didn‘t sound like much fun listed in there did it? We work hard, it‘s part of our nature, so I am constantly looking for little ways to help balance my life. Some days it is difficult to carve out a little ―me time,‖ so I am one of those who actually schedules it and I am pretty sure I‘m not alone.
